From our jobs

The visit
What happens when we arrive
- Listen for the noise and inspect with the wheels off the ground
- Check each joint and bushing for play
- Quote the parts we can replace on site
- Replace and torque to spec
- Tell you if an alignment is needed afterward
When it's a shop job
Parts that change steering geometry, like tie rods or struts, usually need a wheel alignment afterward. Alignments need shop equipment, so we'll tell you up front and recommend getting one done.
Questions people ask
Do I need an alignment after suspension work?
After tie rods, struts, or control arms, usually yes. After sway bar links, usually no.
Can worn suspension hurt my tires?
Yes. Worn struts and loose joints cause uneven wear and can cost you tires early.
Do you do lifted trucks or air suspension?
Tell us what you drive. Some setups are outside what we do on site, and we'll say so.
