What we collect
Information you give us. When you send a service request, send website feedback, or call, we collect your name, phone number, vehicle details, a description of the problem, and where the vehicle is located so we can reach it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, give you a quote, and schedule a visit
- To perform and document the repair, including invoices and records that California law requires auto repair businesses to keep
- To contact you about the work we did for you
- To keep this website secure and working
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that help us run the business:
- Formspree delivers service requests and website feedback to us
- Hostinger hosts this website
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when a page loads
- Parts suppliers may receive vehicle details needed to order the right part
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request details as long as needed to respond to you, and repair records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices

Do Not Track
Our site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so it doesn't change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
Children's privacy
Our services are for adults. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us to book a repair. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
