When to call a tow instead
If the car is on an active freeway, in a lane of traffic, has been in a collision, or is leaking fuel, call a tow or 911 first. We'll take it from a safe spot.

Do you really come out at night?
Yes. We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We'll give you a real arrival time on the phone. Night and holiday calls carry an added fee shown on our pricing page.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are in Riverside and how many calls are ahead of you. We give you an honest time on the phone, not a promise we can't keep.
What if it can't be fixed where it is?
We'll tell you on the phone if it sounds like a shop job, and help you decide whether a tow makes more sense. If we find out on site, you only pay the diagnostic fee.
